Due to the changes brought about by Coronavirus and social distancing, TLC have made many changes to our working practise and we have relocated the office team to The Riverside Business Park in Conwy. We have 2 offices and a maximum of 4 of the office team working at any one time, the rest of the team work from home.
Jen leads the office team, she has recently gained status as a dual citizen of the UK and New Zealand, has worked with the office team for just over 2 years and accomplished her Social Care Wales Registration. Jen supports the TLC workforce in achieving their SCW Registration as well as the office team.
Lauren works 3 days a week as office administrator, from the office, 2 days from home supporting the HR team and she is also part of the out of hours emergency on call team. Lauren has worked with us at TLC for 17 months.
Natalie works 2 days from the office and 1 day from home, she is our HR administrator, dealing with the compliance of new employees and day to day HR issues. Natalie has worked with us for just over 2 years.
Mandy is our most experienced out of hours emergency on call coordinator, Mandy has worked with us for over 7 years, has many years’ experience in care and works from home.
Sarah is our Assessing and Reviewing officer, she is the first contact with people new to our service, she writes the care plans based on the information she gathers at the initial assessment and reviews care packages at regular intervals or when changes occur, Sarah works from home and has been with us for almost 7 years.
Sophie is part of our office administration team, she works both from home, when on call and from the office day to day, Sophie was a care worker and a supervisor before joining the admin team, Sophie also supports the out of hours emergency on call team and has worked with us for over 10 years.
Gemma is part of our office team and works from the office and from home occasionally, Gemma deals with the day to day issues that arise and has been with us for 3 and a half years.
Hayley works from home, she is our rota coordinator and is also part of the out of hours emergency on call team, Hayley has been with us for 5 and a half years.
Emma leads the HR team, she works from home and is a member of the out of hours on call emergency team, Emma was a care worker and a supervisor before joining the admin team and she has been with us for over 4 years.
Andrea Manages the Recruitment for the company and supports Olwen, one of the Directors, with the day to running of the office and Training. Been around since the beginning.
Elin is the newest member of our admin team, she is a Registered Nurse and has joined our out of hours emergency on call team. While training and attending university Elin worked as a care worker with our teams.
Sarah Manages the payroll and finance department and supports Cathy, another Director and the Registered Manager, Cathy oversees the process of taking on new packages and working the complex schedules into the calls and carer rotas.
Helen our other Director is our Responsible Individual, she oversees the rota process along with the Quality Assurance of the services we provide, she contacts our services to ensure that our high standards of care are meeting the expectations of the people who use these services.
We consider ourselves family, some of us are related by blood others through life and an extension of this family, we are proud of the services we provide and the high standard of care and have achieved incredible results in keeping workers and service users safe and well through the Lockdowns and Pandemic.
