A Social worker completed a review with a client in Llanrwst, and she asked me to pass on her thanks and compliments about the Support Workers who attend for both her and her husband, he has received this care for many years. She’s been unwell recently, and she told me that she felt that they were concerned about her, which made her feel better. However, she pointed out that their care is not just whilst she’s been poorly, but throughout. Her words were “I couldn’t ask for a better set of folk to come here, I really couldn’t.”
