Rosina and Michelle both joined the TLC Care workforce over 3 years ago with no prior care experience. They received their 3 years’ service awards last week.
They were both promoted to supervisory positions due to their dedication to the work, their flexibility and high standards in their delivery of care and support. They have both gained a Health and Social Care Diploma, Rosina at level 2 and Michelle at Level 3. They support the Training Department in motivating and encouraging new and more experienced members of our teams in carrying out regular coaching and training in the field.
They have both, recently, earned one of TLC’s Star of the Month awards by receiving nominations from their work colleagues.
