13 years ago, TLC began, we were all set up and waiting for our first referral from Social Services, and today, having grown from an acorn into a sturdy Oak, we find ourselves as a team 115 strong, supporting over 300 people all over Conwy County and into Denbighshire.
Our Managers, Office team and the Care the Team on the front line, all working together to achieve the highest possible standards in the delivery of Care and Support for people who chose to be at home in the Autumn of their lives.
If the last year has taught us anything, it must be that people count, especially care workers, and we will continue to strive in Our Pursuit of Excellence.
