Sophie and John are pictured here answering calls, Sophie has been with us for over 10 years, as a carer then having achieved her Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Sophie became supervisor, for the last 3 years or so she has been part of the office and out of hours teams.
John is the most recent addition to our office team, he is an experienced care worker and supports the training department along with our care team with their practical and online training.
