Hayley, (right) leads the rota team for TLC and here she is showing Lauren the ropes. Hayley has worked for us for 6 years, she is also part of the out of hours team, she is funny and kind and has built good relationships with the care teams.
Lauren is joining Hayley to learn the role to keep continuity and share the pressures involved in making sure that all the service users, around 200 in all, receive their calls. Lauren is also on the out of hours team and has worked for TLC for 2 years.
