Tender Loving Care Ltd is currently recruiting Care Assistants across our coverage area in North Wales, including Llandudno, Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, Conwy, and the surrounding communities. You don't need a care background to join TLC. What you do need is a genuine desire to help people, a reliable nature, and the kind of warmth that makes someone's day brighter. Everything else, we'll teach you.

Every new joiner goes through our full induction training programme before visiting clients independently. You'll be supported by our care management team from day one, and your development continues throughout your career with us.

What does the work actually look like?

As a TLC carer, you'll support clients in their own homes with tasks like personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, light household help, and companionship. You'll be visiting people who genuinely look forward to seeing you, and who will trust you with some of the most important moments of their day.

It's not always easy work. But it is always meaningful. And you'll never do it alone; the whole TLC team is behind you.
