We have some brilliant news to share. Gareth Cai Williams, known to everyone at TLC as Cai, has achieved a Distinction in his Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification. It's the top possible grade, and it's thoroughly deserved.

Cai's final assessment was a professional discussion with his assessor, covering everything from legislation and best practice to person-centred care. It's not an easy conversation to have well. You need to know your subject inside out and be able to talk about how it plays out in real situations, with real people, day to day. Cai did exactly that.

His assessor praised his knowledge, his professionalism, and the leadership he showed throughout the discussion, noting a strong grasp of legislation, best practice, and what person-centred care really means in practice. Off the back of that, Cai has been recommended to progress on to Level 4 and Level 5.
